Cyberbands are fun!

Why, might you ask, did we give you a Cyberband? Well, first of all they are fun! Second of all, you can use them exercise almost anywhere. They are perfect for a quick workout in between meetings or while on a train. We here at Cybercise think we can all feel much better about our health if we fit fitness into our lives. You don't have to spend an hour at day at the gym to get more fit and feel better, so we're giving away Cyberbands to spread the word about Cybercise and help you feel good about your approach to fitness.

Some of our animated exercise videos use Cyberbands for resistance during some of the moves. You'll quickly find a Cyberband can be a great way to stretch your body and build some muscle. And, they are so easy to have around. Take your Cyberband to a meeting, use it while you're commuting (unless you're driving, of course), and exercise at your desk.

Pretty soon people will be saying, "You look great! Did you Cybercise?" And you'll say, "Of course! It is the best way to exercise!" So, start Cybercising and tell your friends you are a special friend of Cybercise... afterall, you are holding one of the special first batch of Cyberbands!

Here are a few sample exercises you can try with your Cyberband. When you become a member of Cybercise, you will get unlimited access to our animated exercise programs (plus many other cool features!), 24/7, on demand. The videos play on your computer screen, the animated characters show you what to do and our helpful coach talks you through each move. Exercising has never been easier! Cyberband Back Pull: Hold the Cyberband in your hands looped through your thumbs. Slowly pull the Cyberband apart while squeezing your shoulder blades together. Return to starting position.

Cyberband Tricep Extension: Loop the Cyberband in your right thumb, bend your elbow and let the Cyberband hang down your back. Grab the loose end with your left thumb. Slowly straighten the right arm lifting the hand toward the ceiling. Return. Repeat on the other side.

Cyberband Calf and Shin Pull: Hold the Cyberband in your right hand, wrap the other end around your left foot. Flex your foot and hold for 5 counts, point your toe and hold for 5 counts. Don’t forget the other leg!
