Welcome to Cybercise!
Thank you for joining Cybercise. We’re thrilled to have you as our customer and we’re here to make this the best exercise experience ever. Here is a quick list of five tips to help you get the most from your Cybercise membership. Let’s get started!
1 – Community. The first thing we recommend you do is setup your own personal profile. From the
Community button you enter our community section where you can upload your photo, enter your fitness goals, update your status on your Cybercise wall and connect with your Cybercise pals. You can search for pals by clicking on the “add a pal” button and sending a pal request. You’ll also notice your own inbox and message board. At the bottom of this screen is a quick launch bar to all of our workouts and a place to see currently featured videos, an easy way to get to your favorites and the most popular videos on the site.
2 – Health. Our
Health pages offer some good ideas about fitness planning, nutrition and how much you should workout. These articles are a good way to begin to think about an approach to exercise that works best for you. This is also where you'll find Move.Eat.Be. our six-month wellness program that leads you through 24 weekly sessions to learn how to exercise, make healthful food choices and includes strategies for living well.
3 – Calendar. Next head over to the
Calendar button and begin to add workouts to your own personal calendar. The calendar can help you plan a comprehensive exercise regimen. Remember, you don’t have to find an hour a day to make a difference in your health. Start by adding a few 5 or 10 minute workouts each day and then add more when you have a good groove going. You can even add things you’ll do outside of Cybercise (we recommend a few walks each week). Start slow and build – every little bit counts!
4 – Workouts. The
Workouts button is the gateway to all of our videos. We suggest you simply scroll through the menus and watch videos you think you might like to try. As you are watching you can add the workout directly to your calendar and to your favorites so you can get back to them quickly and easily. If you aren’t exactly sure how to do a specific exercise, the Tips and Techniques menu provides written instructions for each movement in our programs.
5 – Challenges. Back under the
Community button, you’ll see a menu item called “Challenges” on the left side of your screen. This is a great feature that gives you the power to challenge yourself to workout against the clock. You can also send challenges to your Cybercise pals to encourage each other to get more exercise into your busy day.
If you have other questions, our help desk (on the bottom of the screen) may be helpful. We would really love to hear from you. If you have ideas, suggestions, thoughts, requests please let us know. In the Community section you’ll see Forums where you can start a discussion or add to an existing one. And, as always, feel free to write to us at customerservice@cyber-cise.com.
We’re grateful to have you as a customer!
