Personal Information You Choose to Provide

Registration Information.
You will provide us information about yourself when you (a) register to be a Member of Cyber-cise.com, (b) register for an event or training, (c) request access to bulletin boards, chatrooms, on-line magazines and other forums, (d) register to receive updates, e-newsletters and materials, or (e) purchase services and products.  You may also provide additional comments on how you see Cyber-cise.com serving your needs and interests.

Medical and Personal History Information.
If you elect to register for or enroll in particular diet or exercise plans, you may be required to enter medical history data and personal data that will be utilized to calibrate the mechanisms of the software allowing your progress to be tracked and files to be stored.

Email Information
If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses.

Information About Your Computer Hardware and Software
Cyber-cise.com also collects certain information about your computer hardware and software. This information may include: your IP address, browser type, operating system, domain name, access times and referring Site addresses.  This information is used for the operation of this Cyber-cise.com, to maintain quality of the Site, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Site.

Web Site Use Information

Similar to other commercial websites, Cyber-cise.com utilizes a standard technology called “cookies” (see explanation below, “What Are Cookies?”) and Web server logs to collect information about how our Site is used.  Information gathered through cookies and Web server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our Site, and the Sites visited just before and just after our Site.  We, our advertisers and ad serving companies may also use small pieces of code called “web beacons” or “clear gifs” to determine which advertisements and promotions users have seen and how users responded to them.

Cyber-cise.com also collects information about which pages users visit.  This Site visitation data is identified only by a unique ID number, and it is never linked with personal information unless a user consents as described below.

How Do We Use the Information You Provide to Us?

If you are a registered Member, we use your personal information to deliver services and products that you request or purchase.

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order for services and products only to complete that order, issue invoices, administer accounts and collect and process payments.  We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use the information you provide about someone else only to deliver the requested products and services and to confirm delivery.  We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive.  Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

We may use your personal information to alert you to Site updates, new products and services available on the Site, special offers, and to send you e-newsletters.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our Site and to share with advertisers, insurance companies and other third parties.  For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our Site, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Your information may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which Cyber-cise, Inc., or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities, and by using this Site, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.

What Are Cookies?

A cookie is a very small text document, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier. Cyber-cise, Inc. will not share your personal information with third parties without your permission, other than for the limited exceptions already listed. Your personal information will only be used for the purposes stated above.

As we develop our business, we may become party to a sale, merger, spin-off or other reorganization. User information is generally one of the transferred business assets in these types of transactions. We may, therefore, transfer your information to another business entity in connection with this type of transaction.

Protecting the privacy of children is especially important.  Cyber-cise.com is a website directed only to adults. We never collect or maintain information at our Site from those we actually know are under 18 years of age, and no part of our Site is structured to attract anyone under 18.

Cyber-cise, Inc. may change this Privacy Policy at any time without notice to you, by posting such changes on the Site.  When we do, we will also revise the “last updated” date at the top of the privacy statement.  You should visit the Site from time to time to review the then-current Privacy Policy.  By using the Site following any changes to this Privacy Policy, you agree to be bound by any such changes.
